 West Ham face a battle to hang on to Declan Rice after the club's inactivity in the January transfer window encouraged his suitors that the midfielder could be prized away this summer.

Declan Rice is a target of Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United, with West Ham braced for summer bids for the England international. They value Rice in excess of £100M. 

Declan Rice has already rejected two contract extension offers, which could force West Ham into considering 'big bids that fall short' of their £100M valuation.
